Worksop Amateur Radio Society (W.A.R.S) would like to encourage all new foundation license holders to continue with their advancement in the hobby.
Obviously the clubhouse remains closed for the time being, but the Society is able to offer post-exam mentoring and support for the foreseeable future via other means.
This is a hobby built around communication after all.
This support could be in the form of free 1 to 1 coaching via WebEx (after joining the Society), participation in the 2m nets on the air, or taking part in virtual ‘club’ nights, again using WebEx video conferencing.
