Achievements from the 2019 UKAC and MGMAC Contests
Here are the achievements of the 2019 UKAC and MGMAC Contests, from the members of Worksop Amateur Radio Society
Overall 2019 Worksop Amateur Radio Society came 2nd in the Local Club section. Well done everyone! John 2E0DXK/P was Lead Intermediate, Andrew M6VUK/P Was Lead Foundation, with Donna M7DON, was 3rd Placed Foundation.
432MHz – Worksop Amateur Radio Society came 2nd in the Local Club Section. John 2E0DXK/P was Lead Intermediate, Andrew M6VUK/P Was Lead Foundation.
50MHz – Worksop Amateur Radio Society came 2nd in the Local Club Section. Steve G0EAK/P came 2nd Place in AL Section with John 2E0DXK/P claiming Lead Intermediate, Andrew M6VUK/P achieving Lead Foundation, and Donna M7DON was 3rd Placed Foundation.
70MHz – Worksop Amateur Radio Society came 2nd in the Local Club Section. Steve G0EAK/P came 2nd Place in AL Section with John 2E0DXK/P claiming 3rd place and Lead Intermediate, Andrew M6VUK/P achieving Lead Foundation, Donna M7DON was 2nd Placed Foundation, and Sue M6XAK achieving 3rd Placed Foundation.
144 MHz – – Worksop ARS came 2nd in Local Club Section. Steve G0EAK/P came 2nd Place in AL Section with John 2E0DXK/P claiming Leading Intermediate. Andy 2E0UAW/P achieved 2nd placed Intermediate, Mark M6OME/P claimed 3rd Placed Foundation, with Andrew M6VUK/P, achieved 2nd Placed Foundation and winning the Foundation Shield which will be presented at the RSGB Convention in 2020.
Andrew M6VUK/P also won both of the 50MHz and 144MHz MGMAC titles, giving full license holders a run for their money.
